Contingent Database Search

A contingent database search offers a high quality but low risk (no-placement-no-fee) service to our clients.

Having discussed and reviewed the exact requirements with the client we work intelligently to manage the candidate flow and forward a formatted short list of only the most appropriate individuals. This is a direct result of in-depth CV and telephone screening, competency based interviews, reference checks and when possible informal drinks or lunch to gauge personality and eligibility.

During the interview process we aim to manage expectations on both sides while working with complete honesty and integrity, which in our experience always gets the best long term results.
